VIP Private Invite Only events with a guest list of up to 500 people.
These include private meetups, company parties, workshops, after hours events, and wrap parties.
Conferences that span 1-3 days with an attendance of up to 1,500 people per day.
This includes features with live presentations, keynotes, panels, breakout rooms, LED video walls, live A/V production, including a run-of-show.
We’ve hosted our client’s events within mansions, villas, hotel suites, conference rooms, theaters, event venues, bar lounges, vineyards, studios, and shops.

We offer temp staff for events. From servers, bartenders, assistants, accountants, valet, security, managers, directors, to entertainment and more. We also offer a network of venues like mansions, villas, and penthouses in Las Vegas in addition to a network for venues in hotels, nightclubs, iconic film locations and city destinations.

We are able to offer live AV production equipment and/or workers for our clients in tandem with our event planning or separately as part of an events team on a contract basis.
Live audio presentations with video displays is an essential component to many events. We handle the logistics of the equipment whether in town or out of state. Our team will handle the setup and take down of the gear and prep for load out post events.
We offer an AV Tech Crew and/or Stagehand laborers that are trained and ready to travel.
Whether it’s a meetup with entertainment and video, or a workshop and conference that needs presentations and video displays, we can deliver.
